June 25, 2019  Orange County Board of Supervisors Announce Adoption Process for First Round of Dogs from Suspected Hoarding CaseThe Orange County Board of Supervisors announced that at noon today OC Animal Care will begin accepting adoption applications for the dogs that were taken into their care from a suspected hoarding situation in the City of Orange.
June 25, 2019  Doing It My WayJune 27 marks National HIV Testing Day, which promotes testing and early diagnosis of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), the virus that causes AIDS. This year's theme, Doing It My Way, is a call to action that encourages people to get tested for HIV in a way that is best for them. At the end of 2018, there were 6,369 individuals living with HIV in Orange County and by estimates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) an additional 893 residents have HIV and don’t know it – some of whom will develop AIDS before realizing they are HIV-infected.
June 18, 2019  Orange County Adults Return to School and Receive Accredited High School Diplomas Through OC Public Libraries’ Career Online High School ProgramFour adult graduates will be accepting their high school diplomas at OC Public Libraries' Career Online High School Graduation Ceremony on Thursday, June 20, 2019, from 7- 9 p.m. at the Costa Mesa Donald Dungan Library located at 1855 Park Ave, Costa Mesa, CA 92627. This is the second annual Career Online High School Graduation Ceremony.
